Abstract: Agility in systems engineering emerges from harmonious interaction of eight strategic aspects. The behavior of these aspects are outlined in a Primer, in the SEBoK, and in ISO/IEC/IEEE 24748-10. As strategies these Aspects can be implemented tactically in a variety of ways. This presentation will explore each of the eight Aspects from seven different perspectives: Awareness, Strategy, Conservation, Harmony, Emergence, Innovation, and OODA. These different points of view provide both a depth and breadth of understanding to tailor process application for best effects.
